Sarah Palin -- protector of our privacy rights
I guess someone forgot to tell SP that she isn't supposed to believe there's an inherent right to privacy in the Constitution. Whoops. Looks like she's not making Uncle Nino's Christmas card list.

she uses a lot of words to say nothing! Biden sounds so exteremly intelligent- more so compared to Palin. He brought back so many con law memories :)
and she couldn't name a second case she disagreed with...
I hate how she talks around an issue without actually answering a question. I feel bad for Katie Couric everytime I watch these interviews, she shows tremendous restraint in not reaching over and strangling Palin. How can Palin not name another Supreme Court case, she can't even think of one. We're doomed if she's the next VP.
